When in doubt, ask a chatbot.
It is no longer a secret that my favorite chatbot is Writesonic’s Chatsonic.
I explained in a previous article my reasons for considering it better than ChatGPT, and you can read that story here.
Now I wanted to test its ability to assist with writer’s block or with exercising the craft.
I asked Chatsonic to suggest 7 writing prompts, one for each day of the week.
Here is what it came up with:
Monday: Write about a time when fear held you back from doing something.
Tuesday: Describe a moment you felt the most connected to someone.
Wednesday: What is something you have done in the past that you are proud of?
Thursday: Describe a dream that you have had that you have never shared with anyone.
Friday: Write a letter to your future self.
Saturday: Describe a time when you overcame an obstacle.
Sunday: Create a piece of art that expresses how you feel right now.
Decent recommendations, in my opinion.
Next time I will ask it to recommend fiction prompts because I failed to narrow down its options in this trial.
Anyway, it worked and once again, Chatsonic proves to be a reliable writing assistant for content creators of all sorts.
